I do believe I needed that time to reset a bunch of circuits in my personal life, but I think your analysis about not needing to unplug and disconnect from the machine are amazing. I especially like the rather cynical point about the dimensionality of religion.
I'm wondering how your views on this have evolved in light of e/acc / techno optimism - what you are describing they call the "Techno-capital-mematic-machine", (as I'm sure you already know)
It is always amazing to me when something written in the past (especially as bleeding edge as most of this seems even today) holds up to the future and the ideas that it predicts.
